ENJOI NAILS

Just did some Rock Star Toes with Young Nails ManiQ. It's removable so you don't have to file them off. I think they turned out pretty good, but I think next time I will only do one coat of this glitter because it's such a dark color. I want to start doing Rock Star Toes from home, so if anyone is interested, let me know!!!

After much consideration and reconsideration, I have decided that I no longer want to do Angel Love nails. I can't give a lot of reasons why, but some are: because of their inadequate customer service and their lack of modernization. I recently entered a Nails Magazine contest to paint my own portrait onto a nail tip. I used a more artistic photo and I kinda did the painting fast but I think it turned out really well. We'll see how good I do. The winner gets $100 and I think the top three are mentioned in the magazine. That would be nice just to be mentioned.

I recently purchased a sample kit off of the Angel Love website: www.alnails.com and tried them out this week. The pictures are kind of out of order, but I did the ones in the middle first on my mother in law. I think they turned out pretty good. They are white tipped with gold flecs in them. I used glitters and micas from Coastal Scents: www.coastalscents.com . I did the ones at the bottom next, which were on myself and I don't think I did a very good job, so I decided to redo them. The redone nails are at the top in blue. I think they turned out MUCH better this time. I like the blue too. It has a shimmery reddish quality to it., which I like a lot. I'm still undecided about whether or not I want to use this product. I've got some more thinking to do.

I went to CoastScents.com recently and ordered some glitters and micas to use in my acrylics and gels! I love that site! I got the little containers to hold them in there too. Everything is the highest quality and very inexpensive! I only ordered the sample sizes and I just know they are going to last me for a long time. I would recommend them to anyone. I will post pictures of the nails that I end up doing, using these powders. I can't wait to use them!

On March 11, 2010 I had my little baby, Scotlin Aurora. She was 9lbs 5 ounces and was 21 inches long. She is the joy of our lives and my new inspirational driving force into getting me to where I want to be!

I did my sister and her friend's ROCK STAR toes with Star Nail Acrygel and Glitter. They turned out great!
