A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Me and Nails
I have always loved doing my nails and actually my sister's and friend's nails as well. I remember painting my nails a different color every day when I was in 8th grade.
My Aunt Jenny did my first set of Acrylics and I fell in love. Unfortunately since I was only in high school and my parents didn't afford me the luxury of an allowance, I couldn't keep them up because I thought they were so expensive.
My mother introduced me to Gel Nails when I was 20. As I watched the nail tech, which also happened to be the owner, do my nails, I was so amazed at how artistic it was. Ever since then, I've been hooked.
I just can't wait until I am able to do all types of nails myself and do something that will allow me to be as creative as I want to be!
Just Me
I have been into art for as long as I can remember. In high school, I took every art class imaginable to the point where I could take freelance classes and do whatever I wanted, which was a dream come true. I love painting, drawing (mostly portraits), poetry (writing and reading) and really anything artistic.
I've been married for over 5 years to my best friend, Robert, and we brought our first child into the world on March 11th, 2010.
I have been working at a Court Reporting Agency in Irvine, California for over 6 years now and was promoted to an Assistant Production Manager before I had my baby, but I am looking for a change of pace. I want to do something that is more creative and that I can do when I have young children at home!
